At ThePurseWorld.com, we work very hard to ensure that each and every item we ship is of the absolute best quality available. If you have any problems with your handbag or are unsatisfied in anyway you may return your bags within 7 days of receipt - in original condition- for a replacement or Full Refund (for items on specials we will only accept returns for exchange). In order to process and receive a refund or exchange you must:

• Contact us at returns before you ship any returned merchandise to get a RMN (Return Merchandize Number)
• Return your merchandise within 7 days of receipt at your expense.
  
• Provide us with a tracking number so we can track online the returned merchandise.
• A restocking fee of 10% and an additional $10 for shipping will be applied to all items returned for refunds. Refund is done in the same form as original payment..
• Most Requests will be processed within 48 hours from the time we receive the package, but Please allow 1-2 weeks for Refund/Exchange
